Tradition continues as the Hammel House Inn is getting a fresh start. After a devastating fire 2 years ago, the Inn and restaurant was forced to close, and we are doing our best to bring it back to life. Rooms available now for rent and a restaurant anticipated for spring of 2027, but WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need to preserve the old brick on the side of the Hammel House and want to honor the history of Waynesville! The village will be making public parking spots right next to the HH which gives us great visibility to have a beautiful mural of old Waynesville painted on the side. We are asking you to be a part of it. Your donation will be specifically the mural.
